Our Accounts Team assists production companies with all facets of pre-production planning in order to make sure all logistics are in place once the crew arrives on set for the shoot.

Through our extensive network of film vendors, we have partnered with vendors who specialize in the rental of Layout Boards & Mats, Set Police & Security, Cleaning Services, Catering Services and much more!
PROP RENTALS
There are never enough props for a production set! Our partnership with several prop rental companies provides production companies with countless options for their next shoot!
TRANSFORMABLE SPACES
From warehouses to studios to modern architectural homes, our location library is filled with a variety of transformable spaces that can be used for almost any type of film or photo shoot!
POST-PRODUCTION CLEANING
As part of our full-service model, we offer property owners on our platform the option to use our post-production cleaning service, which will take care of all leftover trash and waste following production.
PRODUCTION PERMITTING
Understanding the permitting process for filming here in LA, one of our specialized team members can assist you in the logistics for filing film permits with the city where the filming will take place (Film With Us is not responsible for filing and submission of film permits).
PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY PHOTOS
Once a filming property is approved through our listing department, we send out one of our professional estate photographers to take professional photographs, which are then uploaded to our website and directed to location scouts and production companies.
HANDLING OF CONTRACTS
Our “full-service” model entails that our team assists you from beginning to end, as well as contracts; the handling of filming and event contracts between property owners and production companies.

At Film With Us, our support team is available to assist with any concerns and/ or questions Monday – Friday from 8am – 8pm PST and Saturday & Sunday from 10am – 4pm PST.
